Hello, welcome to my page.

Tod joined Stephens Lending in 2016. He brought Financial Services, Instructional Design, Training, Phone Support and IT experience to our office in the Quiet Corner. He is a Loan Officer and enjoys helping all manor of people into new homes. Outside the office interests include traditional New England dance music, motorcycling and skating.

Our Loan Process

1: Pre-Approval

A loan pre-approval sets you up for a smooth home buying experience.

2: Shop

Start working with a real estate agent and viewing homes.

3: Loan Application

A few documents are needed to get a loan file through underwriting.

4: Loan Processing

Assemble all the necessary paperwork and details for the underwriter.

5: Underwriting

They closely evaluate all the documentation in the loan package.

6: Closing

Documents are drawn and sent to the title company for closing.
